G7 Silicone fibergalss sheet is a laminate sheet made from high-performance silicone resin and a woven fiberglass substrate. It is a flame-resistant material featuring a low dissipation factor with high heat and superior arc resistance. G7 works well in wet or dry conditions and are ideal for applications requiring solid mechanical and electrical properties.
High Temperature Resistance: It offers exceptional thermal stability with a continuous operating temperature typically ranging from 200°C to 220°C (Class H insulation).
Excellent Dielectric Properties: Maintains low dielectric loss and high insulation resistance even under high humidity or varying temperature conditions.
Superior Arc Resistance: Highly effective at preventing the formation of conductive paths under high-voltage stress.
Flame Retardancy & Low Water Absorption: It is self-extinguishing and has minimal water uptake, ensuring excellent dimensional stability in damp environments.
