Diphenyl ether fiberglass cloth laminated rod is one of insulating rods with circular cross-section, created by fiberglass cloth impregnated with diphenyl ether resin under hot pressing of molding.It has higher mechanical strength and dielectric property, and strong mechanical strength and good dielectric property under dry and wet condition.
Heat Resistance Rating: Classified as Class H insulating material, capable of long-term operation at temperatures above 180°C.
Mechanical Strength: Maintains high flexural, tensile, and compressive strength even under high-temperature conditions.
Insulation Performance: Features excellent dielectric properties, maintaining stable insulation characteristics across varying temperature and humidity levels.
Chemical/Radiation Resistance: Offers superior resistance to ray radiation and demonstrates good stability against chemical corrosion.
