Oil Duct Strip is made of rectangular bracing strips and diamond dotted paper by using a special adhesive paste. It is applied to the distribution transformer coils to provide a circulation channel for cooling transformer oil. Its production process is used to replace the old corrugated cardboard process. It effectively solves the weaknesses of corrugated paper, such as irregular thickness, collapse and deformation under pressure, and easy displacement. It makes it firmly bonded with the coil and has good mechanical and electrical properties to promote and improve the reliable operation of the cooling function. It is a process commonly used both at home and abroad.

Oil Resistance: They do not degrade or release impurities even when submerged in high-temperature transformer oil for long periods.
High Compressive Strength: They must withstand the tightening pressure during winding and mechanical stress during operation.
Dimensional Stability: Resistant to warping or shrinking during thermal oil cycling to ensure unobstructed oil flow.
Compatibility: Excellent chemical compatibility with insulating oils and winding conductors (enameled or paper-wrapped wires).
