NHN Composite Material (Nomex–Polyimide–Nomex) is a high-performance Class H (180°C) insulation material. It is composed of a polyimide (PI) film laminated on both sides with Nomex® paper, offering excellent thermal resistance, high dielectric strength, and strong mechanical properties. It is widely used for slot insulation, liner insulation, and inter-turn insulation in motors and transformers.

High Thermal Class: Rated Class H (180°C), suitable for high-temperature operating environments.
Outstanding Performance: Combines the tear resistance of Nomex with the high dielectric strength of polyimide film.
Good Compatibility: Excellent chemical stability and strong compatibility with insulating
Electric Motors: Used for slot insulation, phase insulation, and liner insulation in high-performance motors, especially suitable for Class H insulation systems.
Transformers: Used for layer insulation and coil insulation in transformers.
Special Electrical Equipment: Applied in reactors, traction motors, wind power generators, and other electrical equipment operating under high-temperature or high-load conditions.

Our company is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems. Our products also comply with international certifications and reports including UL, RoHS, REACH, MSDS, CEMT, as well as factory inspection and test reports provided before shipment.
