Phenolic paper tubes, fully known as phenolic resin paper-based laminated tubes, are a layered product made by winding and curing insulating paper (as the base material) with phenolic resin (as the binder) under high temperature and high pressure.
Excellent Insulation Performance: Possesses high dielectric strength and strong voltage resistance, making it an excellent insulating material.
High Mechanical Strength: Hard and tough with low specific gravity, offering higher compressive and flexural strength than ordinary plastics or wood.
Good Heat Resistance: Belongs to the category of thermosetting plastics with relatively high heat resistance. It can typically operate long-term at Class E (120°C) insulation levels, with the ability to withstand higher temperatures for short periods.
Corrosion Resistance: Exhibits good resistance to oil, weak acids, weak alkalis, and organic solvents.
Phenolic Paper Laminated Tube is suitable for mechanical, electrical, electrical equipment for insulation structure parts and components, and can be used in transformer oil.
