FR4 epoxy fiberglass sheet (FR4 Epoxy Glass Fiber Laminate) is an insulating laminated material made from woven fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin through a high-temperature and high-pressure lamination process. It offers excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation properties, and thermal resistance. Due to its stability and reliability, FR-4 is widely used in the electronics, power, and industrial equipment industries.
FR4 Sheet Type:FR4 epoxy sheet / ESD FR4 sheet / Halogen-free FR4 sheet. The main differences are:ESD FR4 is a controlled anti-static Sheet, while halogen-free FR4 is an environmentally friendly flame-retardant sheet that complies with regulatory requirements.
