ESD FR4 Fiberglass Sheet (Anti-static Epoxy Glass Fiber Laminate) is a high-performance composite material manufactured by impregnating glass fiber cloth with epoxy resin infused with anti-static agents, processed under high temperature and pressure.
It combines the flame-retardant and insulating properties of standard FR4 (UL 94-V0) with exceptional anti-static performance (surface resistivity). It is primarily utilized in the semiconductor and PCB manufacturing industries for precision fixtures and test boards that require stringent electrostatic discharge protection.
Surface Resistivity: Stable within the range of 10⁷Ω-10⁹Ω This range effectively prevents static accumulation while avoiding rapid electrical discharge (arcing).
Flame Retardancy: Strictly complies with the UL 94-V0 standard, offering excellent self-extinguishing properties.
Thermal Resistance: Typical operating temperatures range from 130℃to 150℃ , maintaining high dimensional stability and resistance to warping under heavy loads.
Physical Strength: High mechanical tensile and impact strength, coupled with superior hardness and wear resistance.
