GPO-3 (or GPO3) sheet is a rigid laminated insulation material manufactured by impregnating alkali-free glass fiber mat with unsaturated polyester resin, combined with specific additives, and hot-pressed into sheet form.
It features high mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation properties, flame retardancy (UL94 V-0 rating), and strong resistance to arc and tracking. GPO-3 is widely used in power and electrical applications such as power generation equipment, electric motors, and switchgear systems.
Material Composition: Alkali-free glass fiber mat reinforced with unsaturated polyester resin.
Electrical Insulation: Excellent dielectric properties, suitable for high-voltage applications.
Flame Retardancy: Typically rated UL94 V-0, providing outstanding fire resistance and safety performance.
Mechanical Strength: High mechanical strength with excellent dimensional stability; resistant to cracking and fragmentation, suitable for structural support components.
Thermal Resistance: Capable of maintaining stable mechanical and electrical performance under continuous operating temperatures ranging from 120°C to 210°C.
Machinability: Easy to fabricate; suitable for punching, drilling, CNC machining, and shearing processes.
